At Performance Originator, we strive to provide exceptional value through our coaching programs and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
All payments made for coaching sessions, plans, or programs are non-refundable once the service has started or access to program materials has been provided.
If you change your mind before the first session or program access, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances. Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase to request a review.
If you are on a subscription-based coaching plan, you can cancel your plan at any time before the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once it has started.
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of downloadable materials (eBooks, guides, templates, etc.) are final and non-refundable.
Clients are encouraged to reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
We understand life happens. If you experience medical emergencies or other genuine issues, please reach out to us at performanceoriginator@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you fairly.
